Who We Are:
The Original Yinzer Dogs is Pittsburgh on a bun. We're a fast-moving, high-energy concept backed by an ownership group that includes Pro Football Hall of Famer Dan Marino and Pittsburgh radio icons Larry Richert and Jimmy Krenn. The vibe here is real, the food is legit, and the people make it worth showing up every single day.
We're hiring a Dog Tender — the face of the Yinzer Dogs experience at our Cranberry location. You're the last set of hands on every order and the first smile every guest sees. That matters more than you might think.
What You'll Do:
- Greet every guest like a Yinzer — warm, real, and with energy.
- Take and accurately process orders (cash and card).
- Finish and dress each dog to spec — presentation and accuracy matter.
- Keep the front-of-house clean, stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
- Communicate order flow with the Line Dog to keep things moving.
- Handle customer questions, special requests, and the occasional curveball with grace.
- Set up before open and help close out after service.
Hours:
7 days a week, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (plus 1 hour pre-open / up to 30 min post-close).
What We're Looking For:
- Previous cashier, counter service, or food service experience preferred.
- Fast, accurate, and friendly — all three, not just one.
- Comfortable on your feet for a full shift.
- A personality that matches the brand — genuine, fun, Pittsburgh-proud.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- We will train the right person — attitude is non-negotiable, experience is teachable.
