Who We Are:
The Original Yinzer Dogs isn't your average hot dog joint. We're a Pittsburgh-proud, fast-moving concept built on bold flavors, big personalities, and an ownership group that turns heads — including Pro Football Hall of Famer Dan Marino and Pittsburgh radio legends Larry Richert and Jimmy Krenn. When you clock in here, you're not just flipping dogs — you're part of something the whole city is talking about.
We're looking for a Line Dog — our in-house title for the short order cook who keeps the kitchen firing on all cylinders at our Cranberry location. If you can handle volume, own your station, and take pride in putting out a consistent, quality product shift after shift, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do:
- Own the line — four fryers and two grills are your domain.
- Prep, cook, and plate Yinzer Dogs menu items to spec and with speed.
- Set up and break down your station daily — we expect you an hour before open and out no more than 30 minutes after close.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen at all times in accordance with Pennsylvania food safety standards.
- Communicate and collaborate with front-of-house Dog Tenders to keep the line moving.
- Bring your best energy every shift — our guests feel it when you don't.
Hours:
7 days a week, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM (plus 1 hour pre-open / up to 30 min post-close for setup and cleanup).
What We're Looking For:
- Experience on a short order or fast-casual line is strongly preferred — if you can handle a rush, we want you.
- Ability to work all stations: fryer, grill, and everything in between.
- Strong work ethic, high energy, and a cool head under pressure.
- Team-first attitude — egos don't belong on our line.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- No formal culinary degree required — we will train the right person.
